I have seen things like this in magazines and grocery stores. I'm sure there is a grand recipe somewhere with a real name. This week I was thinking about what to make for Easter dinner. This is what popped in my head....
Layer 1: Chocolate CakeLayer 3: Cool Whip
Layer 4: Cherry Pie filling
Repeat layers in order.
AMAZING!
With the left over cake batter I made cupcakes. I decided to split them in half and make mini cherry chocolate thingys.Same layers... That was our lunch today. Maybe for snack time we should have sandwiches and fruit. The girls didn't complain though!
