Signature Zoo Events give you more great reasons to keep coming back to the Zoo. Enjoy the great outdoors each and every season as we celebrate in Zoo style.
Saturday - Sunday, August 27-28, 2011: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Your Sedgwick County Zoo is celebrating 40 Years of fun and you're invited to the party! Thanks to our friends at Dillons and KAKELAND admission is FREE! That's right FREE! So, pack up the kids, Grandma & Grandpa, and the neighbors and plan to head out to Sedgwick County Zoo Saturday-Sunday, August 27-28.
The first 3,000 guests each day will receive a free cupcake! Elephants and all our apes will enjoy cupcakes too! We'll have programs and fun activities throughout the Zoo. You can even catch a presentation on The History of the Zoo. We have something for everyone - hope to see you!
